Fall is upon us and so we are preparing for our 27th Annual Halloween Parde which will step off at 5 PM on October 31st at 89th Street and 37th Avenue. We will hand out over 3,500 goodie bags to kids who march.
Schools and groups line up on 89th Street just north of 37th Avenue between 4:30 and 5 PM.
